IMAGINE- A campaign for righteous appointees in the NOYNOY government

Imagine, if the pronouncements of Ninoy and Cory will come to fulfillment and become truly prophetic. Then Noynoy may have as well appointed the right people in his Cabinet.

Imagine, if Winnie Monsod takes over the Department of Finance and no big nor small C5 transactions will be allowed. Those who spent too much to be elected will have nothing to reinvest and the few good men who won will increase in the next elections. Imagine, if these funds worth about over 50% of government infrastructure and other purchases are going back to the people.

Many Senators and Congressmen, run in the elections by way of vote buying and/ or patronage and overspending. Imagine, if Mareng Winnie with her rod will cripple their money making business by ensuring that pork barrels spending if any will be done with full transparency, open publicity and offered online? They can all be hostile but imagine if Mareng Winnie will do the massive clean up? Overspending and money politics will go bankrupt and the people will be getting more good men and women in the government in the next elections. While wrongdoing corrupts. Doing what is just and right can be contaminating, too.
Why is this possible? It is because if Noynoy chooses to have nothing for himself and instead give government to the people, then there will be nothing to bargain for from traditional politicans in Congress or anywhere else. Noynoy can face impeachment, but his God and people will protect him.
Worse, the Spirits of Ninoy and Cory will haunt the evils controlling all levels of society.

Imagine if Noynoy will appoint a DLIG Secretary who will ensure that the ban on Jueting and all forms of gambling will be totally enforced by the government? Then you will have jueting lords crippled and Ed Panlilio's elected.

Imagine, for example if a true bloodied environmantalist will run the DENR. Then, if governrnment suspends all forms of destructive logging even in forest reserves. Imagine, if millions of trees will be required to be planted proportionate to every tree to be cut. That will diminish flooding and give a new air of hope for a better country. Then we can have better power supply, as dams will have more water
to run its water turbines.Imagine of we have a secretary of the DENR who knows how to segregate waste? Then there would be no mountains of garbage to cause disease. You can have instead gainful and useful production of organic fertilizers, plastic, paper and other materials.

Imagine if a man like Nick Perlas run the Agriculture Department and every family and community in the hinterlands will be given the right support to lead sustainable food production and livestock opportunities? Who will need to live in the cities? Imagine if "Food First" for every Filipino will become the objective and battlecry of the government and if savings from corruption are truly chanelled to this endeavour? Who will be afraid of global financial meltdowns if an Agriculture Secretary like Mr. Perlas will be fully supported? Then, we can have food on every table.

Imagine if even for a start, 80% of government purchases for medicines, equipments and supplies be paid direct from their manufacturers? I have been seen how a nebulizer worth P3 to 5 thousand could be purchased at 13 thousand by the government. I have seen how a dental unit worth P210,000 can be offered for P1.5 million. Imagine, if a new Health Secretary can save billions of health funds whcih can to be truly chanelled to our poor people. Imagine, how many hospitals could have been rebuilt, lives saved and health restored and maintained.

We tried to imagine that a Noynoy can become a Pressident.
We also tried to imagine that we can start dreaming.
Imagine if we must. If we can imagine it, we can become it.
